Student council is an organization of elected members and officers whose responsibilities are:
- To provide leadership in solving the problems of the student body.
- To build and maintain school spirit.
- To encourage student involvement and participation in community projects.

Elections are held each spring for officers and members. Students may still become at-large members if they are not elected by attending 3 consecutive meetings.

Activities include:

• Thanksgiving Baskets
• Blood drives
• Homecoming
• Riley Dance Marathon
