To
help students become more successful in the educational career, the
EVSC's Center for Family, School, and Community Partnerships strives to
help students and families by supporting their academic and
social-emotional well being.
Our
office is here to help students and their families find the support
they need to be successful, including academics and social/emotional
well-being. Related student support staffs in the schools are also
coordinated through this office. All schools in EVSC have at least one
counselor; some schools have social workers; and, there are four
behavior coordinators serving schools. On-going professional development
is provided to make sure students and families are receiving needed
services based on research and evidence of program success. Every effort
is made to respect diversity and to meet the needs of individual
students.

There
is a parking lot available at 2nd and Locust. If the visitor spaces are
occupied, additional parking is available in the ONB parking lot next
door on floors 2 and above. Street parking is metered. City bus service
is available. The Office of Student Support Services is open from 7:30
a.m. until 3:30 p.m., but work permits are available only until 3:00
p.m.
