Parent Access is a system that allows families in Grades 3 through 12 to take an active role in their student’s education by monitoring grades, discipline issues, tardies, absences and more. In addition, families also have the ability to update personal information such as phone numbers and emergency contacts. Through this addition, the EVSC will have the most up-to-date contact information in the event of an emergency, school closing or other times when the corporation needs to relay important information to families. Currently, families with students younger than third grade, may not have access to daily gradebook information. However, those families will still have the capability to view attendance, discipline and standardized test scores, along with the ability to update information.
